Misericordia Scholarship Awarded to Joseph Curran

Misericordia awarded a $1000 scholarship to Joseph Curran, an eighth grade student at St. Ambrose School, at the graduation ceremony on May 17. He and his family will be at the July meeting to receive the check made out to St. John Vianney High School. Joseph will read his winning essay, which will also be published in Il Pensiero.

Next Meeting is September 8 at the Bocce Club

We will be at the Bocce Club for this meeting, which starts around 12:15 pm. There will be a brief business meeting, followed by lunch, and time to play bocce. Please wear athletic type shoes (tennis shoes) if you wish to play. Please remember lunch is free for members, $5 for guests.

A Mass will be celebrated for Joe DeGregorio on September 17 at noon at St. Ambrose Church. A Mass will be celebrated for Vince Monteleone on September 24 at noon at St. Ambrose Church.
